What We Offer

KGB can provide a number of services in the control industry including control panel design, PLC programming, manufacturing equipment and panels, function testing equipment, equipment start-up, field service  and repair, and technical support. We have the ability and experience to work with a variety of systems from relay logic systems to PLC programming and SCADA networks to OEM standard equipment and one-time custom panel builds. KGB also offers the capacity to warehouse finished goods and replacement parts.

 

Design and Programming

KGB can design and program a control panel or system for your specific needs.

  • Ability to design control package for OEMs and one-time builds.
  • Program a system already built or create a program for a system we are building for you.
  • Troubleshoot issues with PLC programming existing systems.
  • Experience with wide range of PLC manufacturers - Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Cutler Hammer, Mitsubishi, ABB, Horner, Omron, IDEC, and more.

Assembly

At our campus in Winston, we have 30,00sq.ft of manufacturing space and an experienced team of technicians.

  • We have the ability to assemble panels designed by other companies.
  • At KGB we can build custom, one-off control panels for special applications.
  • We have many customers who have OEM panels that we build for stock and are repetitive builds.
  • Also, have the capability to build wire harnesses, panel stands, and other mechanical needs.
Industrial Services

Field Service and Tech Support

KGB has the experience and capability to support and troubleshoot a wide variety of applications and equipment.

  • KGB's experienced team can provide field service to start-up and troubleshoot control systems anywhere in the United States.
  • We provide technical support for the products we build.
  • KGB Controls can come to your site and troubleshoot systems that are outdated. We can provide solutions to update your systems to the newest technology.

VFD and Component Repair

  • KGB has the tools and knowledge to evaluate components that are having issues.
  • We have experience with a wide-range of manufacturers of VFDs and soft starts.
  • Our team has training from the manufacturers on how to inspect and repair their products.
  • Experience working with Vendors on credits and returns.
